There isn't a lot of certainty in the world, in fact the only thing we can really be certain of is that over time things change. Why do some people seem to cope with it so well when others can be paralysed by it? When does the concept of uncertainty become scary and something to be wary of?
In the above video we share ideas about what positive steps you can take when faced with uncertainty. We suggest planning for various contingencies, and challenge you to separate out what is within your control and what is not. We look at how to tell what is fact versus what is someone's opinion and give you suggestions on how to feel optimistic. We look at the advantages of, and how to, journal and when it is appropriate to ask for help.
All of the ideas in the video are supported by the worksheet which allows you to work through a specific situation you may be facing.
